The rooms were spacious with a nice modern design and wonderful views. The kids enjoyed splash pool and daily activities.

Nice clean pool area with easy access to beach. Generally quiet after 11:30 pm. Many activities for children. Plenty of hot water for showering

The staff here are friendly and cute. the cleanliness of the pools needs improvement.

The staff were very polite. Accommodation was modern and clean. Hotel facilities were very good. Halfboard accommodation was very good value. Will be returning again and would highly recommend it.

The Hotel staff were excellent, all smiling, helpful. The entertainment team were 12/10 absolutely brilliant with an excellent programme for young an dold alike. Food very well presented, varied and fresh at every meal,...  

The outdoor pool and children's playground were perfect for us. We enjoyed fun activities and games led by the entertainers during the day. The area offers kayaking and water skiing nearby. Plus, the food at the main restaurant...

The sun beds around the pools were comfortable and there were plenty available. The animation team provided excellent entertainment for the kids, ensuring fun-filled days and evenings.

The restaurant felt a bit chaotic, lacking personal service, made meals a rushed experience.

Did not like how the hotel let the customers reserve beds by the pool the night before, or u had to get up at 5.30 am to try and get one... food was very much the same every night,but still ok..

Enjoyed our stay as a family. the kids loved the entertainment and activities, especially at the pool and splash park. The areas around the apartments had plenty of sunbeds and were well-staffed, helping manage the chaos during peak hours. the pressure to get food and drinks felt rushed. lines around meal times could be managed better for a smoother experience.

It was fairly close to the beach. The grounds were well maintained. The entertainment team worked hard to keep people/ kids entertained.

The total lack of sunbeds and umbrellas was outrageous resulting in people stealing your umbrellas if you went in for lunch despite having to get to the pool before 7am for any chance of getting one. The space used for the evening entertainment was unused in the day and could have provided more sunbed room. ~No umbrellas in the heat with children meant you had to either stay in your apartment or go to the beach and pay. Trying to book excusions through the hotel was poor as they charged to use cards, despite already being 10% more than the local booking office 5 minute walk away that also took cards, so you saved 20%. Generally the pool area was overcrowded, not helped by the all inclusive offer ( that we did not take) meant guests never left there in order to get the most for their money, sort of lowered the tone of what could be a nice complex.

My wife and I stayed at the Aparthotel Ferrera Blanca with our two daughters aged 5 and 8. The rooms were clean and tidy with air conditioning and ample self catering facilities. We chose to stay all-inclusive...  

generally, enjoyed this excellent value accommodation with top-class staff from cleaner to managers. its magnificent, central location was a plus. i ate at a very clean restaurant which is open for every meal....  

Good complex, fantastic if you're craving diverse pool options and spacious surroundings. Really good staff who are quick to assist and always exceed expectations.

Location was right on the beach and near shops and restaurants, The staff were brilliant and went out of the way to help. Animation team were lots of fun and we had a really good time...
